Some of you might have heard of finnish policy of conscription.
It goes something like this:
A person at the age of 17 and older (you can get postponement for school or if you have a good reason) has to join the finnish army for 6 to 12 moths, depending on what is the task you are signet for (infantry, military police, airforce etc).

Well, my conscription begins in less than a week...
You could say that i'm feeling a TEENSY BEENSY nervous.

I'm not going to wage war and i doub that there is going to be a huge war where they would send me.

Just feeling a bit afraid that something will go wrong, and the people there will despise me because i'm going to do something stupid.

And the worst thing is that i will not be able to see my friends, my family or my girlfriend for some time.

But still, i'm hopeful.
I've heard a lot of good of the time my friends have spended in the military, so i don't see any reason to throw the towel in the ring.
And it's a good opportunity to meet new interesting people (i hope)
